Clinical diagnosis including both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine systems. Any existing blood work and test results may be helpful.  Recommendations can include Western and Chinese herbal formulas, as well as lifestyle, diet and fitness plans and (if appropriate) inner changes.

After the consultation, I can create and supply a customized herbal formula (at cost), or, in some cases, I can tell you where to get a ready-made formula yourself.

• 1 Hour session: $100
• 30 Minute session: $60

It is usually fine to plan for a 30 minute session and continue to an hour if you feel the need.

Sliding scale is available to make sure that those who cannot afford to pay full price will still have access to the answers they need (please inquire).

Guided Meditations and Yoga

I offer one-on-one (or small group) sessions that can be tailored to your needs.  Various guided (and guided/silent) meditation are often used.  Other options include combinations of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga.

Pricing

One hour session is $40 for one-on-one and less for small groups.
